Reflections Yoga Retreat

It’s been three years since Reflections Retreat last offered an all-inclusive yoga retreat, so we’re now delighted to offer a six-night package welcoming a maximum of 8 guests. Come and join us; with 12 flights a week now from Australia, it’s easier than ever to visit Vanuatu. From Brisbane, it’s just over 2 hours flying time, and we are located only 25 minutes’ drive from the international airport.
Our inhouse yoga teacher, Brad, and one or two guest yoga teachers will be providing great Hatha style yoga classes. While Gillian, our resident naturopath and nutritionist, will be putting together the menu for the retreat as well as providing a personal consultation so that you get the most from your retreat. All individual dietary requirements will be catered for.
Your week will begin with a Sunday afternoon airport pickup, followed by a welcome dinner. Everyone is free to stay around after dinner and make good use of the Wi-Fi connection, chat or play games/cards. Accommodations are in well appointed, single or twin share suites with comfortable beds and water views and offer guests a restful night’s sleep.
On Monday morning, the first yoga class will begin at 7.15am, followed by breakfast and then a short health chat. The first morning’s activity will be an introductory snorkelling class for anyone who would like to explore snorkelling and our house reef. Then it’s time for lunch followed by an afternoon free to enjoy a massage, a swim in the pool (or the ocean), a nap, perhaps read a book or take a bike ride, before coming back together for a late afternoon yoga class. Dinner is usually served around sunset and afterwards there will be a Yoga Nidra meditation.
The remainder of the week will follow a similar schedule with yoga twice a day, an evening meditation and a choice of lots of great local activities as well as plenty of time for rest and relaxation.
