FAQs
1 / What Should I Bring?
Reflections Retreat Vanuatu is a relaxed environment, so pack light and bring only what you need for a comfortable holiday.

If you plan to self-cater, we recommend purchasing groceries (and BYO alcohol) in Port Vila before you arrive.

Essentials include a sun hat, swimmers, rashies, sunscreen, thongs or slip-on sandals, shorts, and t-shirts. Reef shoes are recommended for water activities, and you’re welcome to bring your own snorkelling gear (we also provide gear).

Vanuatu uses the same power plugs as Australia and New Zealand, so no adaptor is needed for electronics.

2 / Do You Have Wi-Fi?
We have limited internet and telephone coverage on-site. Wi-Fi is available in the communal area and in the private cottage for guest use.
3 / Where Can I Buy Supplies?
Supermarkets and convenience stores in Port Vila stock groceries, essentials, and alcohol. For fresh local fruit and vegetables, the Mama Markets are a great option. Many guests like to pick up supplies in Port Vila on their way to Reflections.
