Renew yourself mind, body and soul

Escape the hustle and bustle of everyday life, come visit us at Reflections Retreat where you truly have the opportunity to renew your body with rest, exercise and healthy eating, to renew your mind and soul.

Our kitchen provides three delicious, nutritious, whole food meals each day, all of which are gluten and dairy free, as well as being low in free sugars. This allows your body to detox without even realising that it is going through a detox process! If you wish, we can provide vegan or vegetarian meal options, just let us know.

Most mornings we offer yoga before breakfast. The class caters for all levels and is a great way to help renew your body. There are lots of other fun activities including snorkelling, kayaking, bicycling, and a variety of bush walks….or you might prefer to simply enjoy the serenity of the island.

After you’ve exercised for the day, you might like to have a relaxation massage or an Epsom salt bath to revitalise your body and help you sleep.




During your stay, you have the opportunity to immerse yourself in nature, reconnect with yourself, enjoy some quiet reflection, and to interact with many of our Ni-Vanuatu staff members, learning about Vanuatu, its culture, and people. There is always time for a chat; and we offer some fun activities led by our staff, including our very popular coconut demonstration, as well as weaving demonstrations and cooking classes. There’s lots of interactivity and plenty of laughs, great for renewing the soul!
