Imagine paradise ... all to yourselves! You can book the whole retreat exclusively for groups of 5 to 12 people. Reflections is set amongst lush tropical gardens on a private beachfront in Havannah Harbour, a 25 minute drive from Port Vila.

​​You can do as little or as much as you like during your stay with us. Fill your days snorkelling on our amazing coral reef out the front, kayaking up the river, taking nature walks and hikes and visiting local villages. Or simply relax and unwind with a good book by the pool or in the garden and an afternoon massage in the day spa. It is completely up to you!

 

We also have a fully stocked and staffed kitchen with chefs ready to cook up fresh and healthy meals for you using our great local produce. We provide coffee, tea and drinking water, but please feel free to BYO alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.

Cottage 

Available - in addition to the 4 suites - for group bookings of 9 - 12 people. The cottage has two bedrooms and one bathroom (no bath), a kitchenette and separate living area. One bedroom has a king bed, and the other 2 single beds. It is located at the back of the property, without water views, just a short walk to communal areas and the beach. There are fans throughout and both bedrooms have air-conditioning. The cottage has its own private deck, complete with plunge pool and hammock.

  • Choice of snorkelling, walking, hiking, market or village tour

  • Option of cooking demonstrations, coconut or weaving demonstrations

  • Use of water sports equipment including snorkel gear, kayaks and paddle boards​

Terms and conditions

  • Minimum 3 nights stay

  • Pricing is valid for bookings made up to September 2025, for stays until the end of March 2026

  • 20% of the total booking cost is due within 2 weeks of booking

  • The balance is due 4 wees prior to arrival date

  • Cancellation charge is 20% of the booking cost for cancellations made up to 4weeks prior to arrival date

  • There is no refund for cancellations less that 14 days prior to arrival date

  • Non-refundable payments may be credited against future stays at the retreat
